LOUTTIT: Martha, 99 years, beloved wife of the late Pat Louttit, mother of Ethel, Raymond, Weldon and the late Mervin, passed away in the Souris Personal Care Home on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. A graveside funeral service for family and friends will be held at the Elgin Cemetery on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Elgin Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, in memory of Martha, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home, Souris, in care of arrangements.
