LEGANCHUK: Mary Leganchuk of Brandon and formerly of Erickson passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the Fairview Personal Care Home in Brandon at the age of 87 years. Mary is survived by her children: Edina (Leonard) Skwarok, Karl (Linda), Milton (Kim), Eileen (Gary) Meisner, Larry, Caroline (Sheldon) Fleming, Rosalyn (Glen) Earl; and Keith (Veralynne Cameron); 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ozerna. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be held on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Father Emil Kardasinec will officiate. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
