CHOPEK: Roberta May Chopek passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the age of 85 years. Roberta will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, David, her sons Bob and Stephen, all of Brandon, sister Doreen (George) Szafron of Moosomin, SK, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Roberta’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. A private interment will take place at the Brandon Cemetery. Donations in memory of Roberta may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 4B-457-9th Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 4A9. Messages of condolence may be placed at www.brockiedonovan.com.
