FRANK: W. L. James Frank passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 18, 2015 at the age of 68. Jim is survived by his beloved wife Sandra, his daughters Jennifer (Michael) Sanders, Sarah (Chris) Belcher and son Jamie. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. James Anglican Church, Rivers, MB, with Rev. Sally Carter officiating.
