CARLISLE: William Norman “Barney” Carlisle, beloved husband of the late Frances Carlisle died at his residence in Killarney, Manitoba on December 25, 2015 at the age of 93. A memorial Service will be held at Wheatland Chapel in Killarney, Manitoba on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment will take place at the Ninga Cemetery at a later date.
