KELLEHER: Into God’s eternal embrace entered Marion Janet Kelleher on the morning of Wednesday February 10th, 2016 in Thunder Bay: loving, devoted, dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Marion was born December 12th, 1932 in Brandon, Manitoba to the late Nellie and Tom Skoblack. She was born into the Great Depression, the middle of three daughters. In spite of her meager beginnings, her family life was rich in faith and love. Marion’s mother instilled the ideals of family and faith and imparted these wholly. From these teachings, Marion came to value the importance of family and faith in everyday life and used these ideals to guide her throughout her life. She was an active member of the Catholic Church. As a teenager in Brandon, she would meet her future husband, Jack (John) Kelleher whom she shared a kinship for faith and family. Jack and Marion would wed on August 15th, 1970 at St. Augustine’s Church Brandon. As opportunity to relocate came their way they moved to Thunder Bay, Ontario where they would set down roots in the community and continue to grow their family. Marion is survived by her husband Dr. Jack Kelleher, daughter Robyn (Colin), son Paul all of Thunder Bay, daughter Colleen (Peter) of Toronto. Grandchildren Jessica (Scott), Brandon and Dustin all of Thunder Bay. Great grandson, Seth of Thunder Bay. Sisters Josephine of Parksville and Shirley of Nanaimo, British Columbia, relatives in Brandon, Manitoba and other parts of the country. Marion was predeceased by her loving parents, Nellie (2009) and Tom Skoblack (1970), as well as numerous beloved relatives. Funeral services for Marion Kelleher will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016, when family and friends will gather for Funeral Mass at 11:00am, at St. Peter's Church celebrated by Rev.
