He is survived by his wife Donna, daughters, Marilyn (Drew) Whaley, Theresa Livingstone (Kirk Magel); granddaughter Kaitlyn Whaley. Please join the family for a Celebration of Life to honor Ernie on Saturday, May 28th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Douglas Community Hall, 301 Railway Street, Douglas, MB Luncheon and fellowship to follow.
