MORRISEAU: Cole Morrisseau “Circling Star” 1998-2016. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cole Frank Morrisseau on June 24, 2016 at the age of 17. Cole was predeceased by his grandfather Earl Morrisseau and his uncle Reginald Morrisseau SR. He leaves to mourn his passing mother Amanda and his dad Darren BetteRidge; daughter Jomasia (mother Jedsia) his two brothers Blaze (Hailey); Earl Morrisseau; sisters Chelsey (Richard), Chantry (Travis), Chaylee (Trent); grandmother Josephine Morrisseau and papa Irvin Moar; grandma and grandpa Dave and Betty BetteRidge.; numerous aunties and uncles of the Morrisseau and BetteRidge families, along with many many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Cole has gone to the spirit world to meet the Malcolm and Campbell family. Great Grandparents Catherine and John Robert Malcolm and Esther and McGloire Campbell; his grandparents John A. Campbell and Agnes Beaulieu; baby Clayton Bruce Campbell Jr.; uncles Kelvin and Michael and aunty Baby Patsy. Cole leaves to mourn his father Clayton Campbell (Tania); siblings McGlare, Catherine, Terri, Tania, Mitchell and Lane; numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews as well as many extended family members and friends. The Family would like to thank all the support and kindness that came from the surrounding communities near and far. A special thank you goes out to the community members of O-Chi-Chak- Ko-Sipi First Nation, paramedics and RCMP of Ste. Rose du Lac, MB along with the members of STARS helicopter air ambulance service. Pallbearers were Randy Morrisseau, Trenton (TJ) Moar, Cordell (Cory) Moar, Gerald (BeeBop) Lundie, Reginald (Sonny) Morrisseau Jr., Tristan Eastman, Bailey McDonald, Brayden Moar. Honourary Pallbearers were Brett Lundie, Blaze Morrisseau, Earl Morrisseau, Dravin Eastman, Sachale (Zazu) Moar, Seth (Skinny) Moar, Brett Moar, Joey Morrisseau, Bryden Moar, Bryan Eastman 3rd, Jayden Eastman, Syrus (Pekki) Moar, Terrence Houle, Alfred Moar Jr., Braden Campbell, Brandon Moar, Craig Moar, Jeff Moar, Stuart McIvor, Wayne McKay Jr., Hunter Eastman. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 from Crane River Roman Catholic Church in, Crane River, MB with Rev. Nepolian Suvakin officiating.
