LUHOWY: Elaine Luhowy of Rossburn passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the age of 69 years. Elaine is survived by her daughter, Audra (Grant) Nychuk and their children Jory and Chad of Rossburn; son, Alan (Jessica) Luhowy and their children Sierra and Matthew of Brandon. Also surviving are mother, Theresa Pawluk of Rossburn; brother: Calvin Pawluk (Val Cottingham) of Rossburn, sisters: Doreen (Harry) Boychuk of Falcon Lake, Diane (Mickey) Heneghan of Rossburn and Carol Pawluk (Jim Henderson) of Winnipeg. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Ukrainian Catholic Church (Roman Catholic Service), Rossburn. Interment will follow in the Rossburn Municipal Cemetery. Father Norberto Monton will officiate. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Rossburn Foundation.
