DRIEDIGER: Theodore Alden Driediger (1960-2016) died suddenly on November 8th, 2016. Ted was born in Edmonton. Throughout his early life he lived in a number of cities in Canada and Europe where his father was a foreign correspondent for the CBC. Ted had a keen interest in auto mechanics and worked in the field for a number of years. He was an avid learner and went back to the University of Waterloo as an adult to study environmental science. Ted was also a voracious reader. His favourite author was physicist Stephen Hawking. Ted was predeceased by his mother Dona Driediger (nee Sanft) and sister Barbara. He will always be remembered in the hearts of his father Ab Driediger in Kelowna and brother Richard (Laurie) in Edmonton. We say goodbye to Ted with one of his favourite quotes by the philosopher Jean Paul Sartre... “Everything has been figured out except how to live.” Ted will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Moore Park Cemetery, Justice, Manitoba.
