KOTYK: On Tuesday, February 7, 2017, Ed Adolph Michael Kotyk, of Brandon, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Born August 14, 1927 on the farm in Oakburn, Ed farmed throughout his life until 1984. Ed is survived by his wife Joyce of 45 years; daughter Robin (Nicolas); grandchildren Drake and Julia of Maple Ridge, BC; brother Alex (Emily) of Oakburn, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father John, mother Mary Osadec, brothers Frank, Paul, Carl, Joe, Lloyd, Lionel and sister Jane. The Funeral Service will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Arlene Robertson will officiate. A reception will follow at Memories Chapel. Interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Ed may be made to a charity of choice. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.memorieschapel.com.
