BELL: Ruth Bell, beloved wife of the late Clinton Bell, died February 21, 2017 at Westview Lodge, Boissevain, Manitoba at the age of 96 years.In accordance with Ruth’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at Del-Win Cemetery at a later date.
