HARROWER: Thomas Wayne, October 27, 1949 to February 5, 2017. Tom left us very unexpectedly on February 5, 2017. He was raised in Rapid City to later move to Brandon. He worked at various jobs but mechanics was what he enjoyed the most. He had a love for children and he found peace in his church. Tom also had a love of horses and could always be found at the fairs helping. Left to mourn Tom’s passing are his mother Clara Westbrook, brothers Jim and John Harrower, and sisters Diana (Dale) Evans and Jo-Ann (Fred) Buchanan and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Delmar and sister Christina Allum. A private family gathering will be held at Rapid City at a later date. Cremation was with Brockie Donovan.Always in our hearts until we meet again!
