FREDRIKSSON: Barbara Doris Fredriksson. Passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday July 23, 2017 at the age of 80 years, Barbara Doris Fredriksson, of Brandon, MB. Barbara leaves to mourn her passing her seven children Michael (Susan) Wallis of Brandon, Myrna (Roy) Van Damme of Fort St. John, B.C., Dale Wallis of Erickson, MB, Kevin Wallis (Monica Gullett) of Portage la Prairie, MB, Marnie Wallis (Ryan Heinrichs) of Pleasant Valley, MB, Corey Wallis of Bowen Island, B.C., Laurie (Kevin) Newton of Glenboro, MB, sixteen grandchildren, Brad, Laura, Kelly, Elizabeth, Michael, Max, Maia, Bowen, Barret, Ashley, Marisa, Cali, Aiden, Paige, Mackenzie and Sydney and by nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Allan (Barbara) Fredrickson of Mt. Vernon Washington, Nyel (Janet) Fredrickson of Swift Current, SK, Joanne Amey of White Rock, B.C., Vivian Carruthers of Grand Prairie AB, brother-in-law John Vertz of Glenboro, MB, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended relatives. Barbara was predeceased by her parents Johann and Tina Fredriksson, husband Guy Desaulniers, granddaughters Kimberley Wallis and Kayla Wallis, brother Chris Fredriksson, sister Stella Mae Vertz and brothers-in-law Hugh Amey and Alvin Carruthers. A Family Graveside service will be held at the Glenboro Cemetery on Friday July 28, 2017.
