KARPENIC: Glenn David Karpenic, August 25, 1965- September 6, 2017. Tragically, and very suddenly, our family lost a son, a dad, a nephew, a cousin and friend. Glenn Karpenic passed away September 6, 2017 in Brandon. Left to mourn are his Mom, Rae Dunsmore, his sister, Donna Bentzen and her two daughters Jenna and Nicole, and Glenn’s daughter Breanne Rae. Also grieving are Auntie Pat Mohr and husband, Gord, cousins Tim, Kim, Kelsey and Amy Houska, Kristen Rigney, and Debbie, Sam and Chris Broome.Glenn enjoyed a varied and successful career including a Subway franchise in Dauphin, and as Customer Representative at Co-op in Brandon. He was known for his marvellous sense of humour, and his generosity–not only in philanthropic ventures–but also his love of cooking for his many friends. His two favourite places in the world to be were Lake Dauphin, and watching the Dauphin Kings. A private ceremony is to be held in Dauphin at a later date.
