BAIN: Roberta F. (Bobby). On Thursday, September 7, 2017, Bobby Bain passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Bobby was born on June 13, 1946 to her parents (predeceased) Roberta Bulback and Fred Bulback of Portage la Prairie. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 40 years, Murray; her daughter Shannon Horn (Gary); her son David Brennan (Tammi); grandchildren: Jennifer (Chad), Kyle (Jessica), Taylor (Brianna), Nolan, and her great-granddaughter Kylie; as well as her best friend Runa Dalik, and many more family in Portage and Winnipeg. Bobby enjoyed going on many holidays with her loving husband overseas and in the United States. Some of her more memorable trips were to Europe with Murray; travelling to Hawaii with Murray and David, as well as travelling to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island with Murray and Shannon. Bobby was extremely talented, an avid miniature artist, building to scale room boxes. She could make something out of anything. She was one of the founding members of the Miniature Club in Brandon, called Little Bits of Brandon. No matter how big or small, her creations would take your breath away. She was a kind and gentle soul, with a great sense of humor that could make anyone laugh. We will miss her smile. A Celebration of Bobbys Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Messages of condolence may be placed at www.brockiedonovan.comA Bright Star Has Been Taken From Our Family Universe
