DINGWALL: Ross Dingwall, beloved husband of the late Merle Dingwall and dad to Rick and Donna died October 15, 2017 at the Tri-Lake Health Centre, Killarney, Manitoba at the age of 91 years. In accordance with Ross’s wishes cremation has taken place and no formal funeral service will be held.
