PAVER: Margaret Paver, passed away suddenly on Monday the 25th of March. Born in 1943 in Timmins, ON, she married Terry Paver in 1963 and moved to Thompson, MB. They lived 30 years in Thompson before retiring to Brandon where they spent 25 years. While in Thompson she volunteered her time as Girl Guide Leader, teaching 4-H craft classes and teaching Sunday school. In her retirement years she continued to volunteer. Volunteering at George Fitton School as a teachers aide for the grade 1 and 2 class, Seniors Centre and Brandon Cheer board. She was also very involved at Redeemer Lutheran Church, sewing quilts at the church, a member of the ladies group, sunday school teacher, helped lead services when pastor was away and various church committees. Her hobbies included bowling, playing games, making greeting cards, and sewing. She is survived by her husband, Terry Paver, four children Debra Kruk (Rob), Linda Chatham (Don), Brenda Paver, Ross Paver (Victoria), six grandchildren Aleeta Lausch (Josh), Travis Kruk (Leah), Cody Chatham, Nicole Chatham (Brayden), Pascal Gunnlaugson, Alex Paver, four great grandchildren Jaxx, Laila, Abigail, James. Siblings, Dan Romain (Jean), Sharon Costco (Tony), Rick Romain (Janet), Carl Romain (Margaret), brother in-law and sister in-law Ross Paver (Wilma). Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 30 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 114 Ashgrove Blvd., Brandon, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Helping Hands Centre in Brandon.
