HEUCHERT: Philip (”Phil”) Heuchert. It is with great sadness that the family of Philip Heuchert announces his untimely passing on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the age of 59 years. He passed away surrounded by his family and in the arms of his wife. Phil will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend of 21 years Katherine; children Amelia (Ludwin), Evan and Ian (Amberlee); 7 grandchildren Emma, Alexander, Isaac, Tiffany, Bella, Kris and Eva; his father George; brother Ralph (Karren); and nephew Nolan; and many other family and friends who had the pleasure of knowing him. Phil was preceded in death by his mother Maria and his step-daughter Gemma. He enjoyed spending his evenings after work in the garden, weekends at the cabin in Radium and afternoons out on the golf course. Most importantly, though, nothing compared to his love for spending time with his family, which he always looked forward to. Phil’s unbridled love for his family is truly a testament to his caring nature, patience and desire to help others. These qualities will be remembered beyond his short time with us and we will continue to feel the gravity of his love as we move forward through life. Memorial service was held July 3 in Leduc, AB.
