ARMSTRONG: Debra Armstrong passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by family, at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at the age of 62 years. Debra will be lovingly remembered by her family and everyone whose lives she touched. A Celebration of Debra’s Life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Debra may be made to the YWCA Westman Woman’s Shelter, 148 11th Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 4J4.
