HAYES: Dr. “Doc” Dale Thomas Hayes went on to glory, with family by his side, at Valleyview Care Centre, on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at the age of 82 years. Dale will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Eva and children, Lorinda, Heather, Jason, Justin and their families. Dale was predeceased by his daughter, Teryll and two grandchildren, Alana and Jordan. At Dale’s request there will be a private family graveside service.
