RUBY VIOLET RELF
Ruby was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on March 24, 1922. Ruby was married to husband George Raymond Relf for 52 years until his passing in 1991. She moved to Cochrane, Alberta in 1997 to live with her daughter Joan, son-in-law Mark, and granddaughters, Amber and Britny.
She is survived by sons, Clifford (Carol), Doug (Darlene) and Wayne (Linda); daughters, Dale (Mike) and Joan (Mark), 13 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Ruby was predeceased by her daughter Barbara, husband George "Raymond", granddaughter Lorna and grandson Corey. She is also survived by sister Joan (Harry) and brother Ben (Irene).
Ruby's family would like to thank Unit 61 of the Foothills Hospital, doctors and nurses. Also our family doctor - Dr. Sadiq, Cochrane Paramedics, Cochrane Urgent Care and especially the Cochrane Home Care Team.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at a later date
If family and friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruby's name to The Royal Canadian Legion Dominion Command Poppy Trust Fund, https//legion.ca/donations
