Katharina “Tena” Gerbrandt, 89, of Grunthal, MB, formerly of Winkler, MB, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Bethesda Place Personal Care Home in Steinbach.
She is survived by three daughters, five sons and their families.
Tena was predeceased by her husband Jacob, one son-in-law and one great-grandchild.
The viewing will take place on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional to follow at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach.
The memorial service will be held on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Mennonite Mission Church in Winkler. The interment will take place prior to the service at the Bergfeld Cemetery south of Plum Coulee.
If friends so desire, donations in memory of Tena may be made to Operation Mobilization, Back to the Bible or Child Evangelization Fellowship.
