SUSAN REIMER (NEE TEICHROEB)
March 3, 1943 – December 26, 2016
On Monday, December 26, 2016 with family by her side, our beloved wife, mom, grandma, sister, and aunt passed away peacefully at Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, MB.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Peter, children: Donald (Rachelle), Bonnie (Richard), Diana (Dan) and nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brothers, three sisters, many in-laws, several nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Aganetha Teichroeb, brothers: Herman, John, Aron, and Cornie.
The viewing will take place on Monday, January 2, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 162 Hwy 52 W, Steinbach, MB, with a devotional at 7:30 p.m.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with the interment at Heritage Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Susan may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB.
A wife, a mother, a grandma too,
This is the legacy we have from you.
You taught us love and how to fight,
You gave us strength, you gave us might.
A stronger person would be hard to find,
And in your heart, you were always kind.
You fought for us all in one way or another,
Not just as a wife not just as a mother.
For all of us you gave your best,
Now the time has come for you to rest.
So go in peace, you've earned your sleep,
Your love in our hearts, we'll eternally keep.
