Steve Michalski, 82, of Rosa, MB, passed away following a lengthy illness on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.
He is survived by his sister Jean, brother Harry, nephew Tony Kolodrupsky, nephew Cliff Jury and niece Denise Jury.
Steve was predeceased by his parents Nick & Nellie Michalski, sister Anne, brother Ted and sister Marie.
Steve was hardworking, honest and always willing to lend a helping hand. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, gardening, feeding and bird watching. He was involved with the Manitoba Wildlife Association because of his love of nature.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 162 Hwy 52 W, Steinbach, MB, with a viewing prior to the service. The interment will follow at the Roseau River Community Cemetery.
