It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our beloved Tyler James Klassen on Wednesday, October 26, 2016.
Tyler was born on March 16, 2000 at the Women’s Hospital in Winnipeg, MB.
Tyler leaves behind his parents Lisa Boyd and Jason Klassen, sister Breanna Klassen, grandparents Lynn Boyd, Gladys Nordstrom (Darrell), Herman Klassen, and many cousins, aunts, uncles and many many friends.
Tyler never met anybody he couldn’t be friends with. His favorite activities were BMXing, hanging around with his friends, eating Subway, drinking Pepsi and spending hours looking for new hats. He was very active participating at one time in school sports, cadets and many other activities. Tyler was a respectful kind soul who was always there for his friends and family. Tyler impacted everybody that he met and many people will be forever changed by his courageous act of being an organ donor and changing over 45 people’s lives.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Southland Church, 190 Hwy 52W, Steinbach, MB.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Transplant Manitoba – Gift of Life.
