JASON LOEWEN-ROSS
October 21, 1974 – July 7, 2016

Jason collapsed with a massive heart attack on the squash court he loved around 8 p.m. on July the 6th., and died in the early hours of July the 7th, at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver.

Jason will be profoundly missed and dearly remembered by his wife of 9 years, Amanda (Loewen-Ross) and his 6 year old son, Robbie; parents Waldy & Gloria Loewen and sister Tanya (Al); Amanda’s parents Rupert & Val Ross and brothers Evan (Leah and son Lochlan), and Tom.

Jason was loved by so many extended family members & friends. His immediate family is very grateful for the words already shared in memory of Jason at a Buddhist Sukhavati ceremony at the Vancouver Shambhala Centre and at the Highlands United Church, Vancouver.

There will be an informal Celebration of Life in Kenora on Saturday, July the 30th from 2-4 p.m. in the lower hall at Knox United Church (corner of 2nd St. S. and 5th Ave. S.). Around 3 p.m. there will be a short program.
