Mom was born September 14, 1924 in Rosenfeld, MB. She spent her early adult years working in the hospital laundry as well as housekeeping duties in Winnipeg, MB. Mom completed grade six and went on to attend Steinbach Bible School. She was baptized and became a member of the EMB church and was an active member in the church.
Mom married our Dad, Abe Voth on October 5, 1944 and they made their home in Steinbach. They moved to Ontario for a brief time before returning to Steinbach where they settled and raised their family of six children. A few years after their marriage they joined the Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church where they continued to attend until physical health no longer allowed them to.
Mom lived out a quiet strong faith in Jesus Christ, praying daily for her family. Mom longed to see Jesus, talked often about heaven, and although we will miss her sweet spirit and interest in each of our lives, she is experiencing complete joy and healing.
We love you Mom.
