Edward "Eddie" Freund, age 87 years, of Steinbach, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Bethesda Place, Steinbach, MB.
He is survived by one sister, one brother, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law and their families.
Eddie was predeceased by four sisters and six brothers.
Viewing will be held Monday, June 2, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, and also at the church prior to the service.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Steinbach, MB, with burial to follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Friedensfeld, MB.
If friends so desire, donations in Eddie's memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba; 6 Donald Street; Winnipeg, MB., R3L 0K6.
