It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Lillian, at the age of 87, of Emerson, MB.
Lillian will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Carol Jackson, son Dennis and his wife Barbara Schultz, Grandsons Curtis Schultz and Marcie Smerchanski, Justin and Allison Schultz and great grandson Corbin Schultz.
She also leaves to mourn, her brother Walter Doern, sister-in-law, Elsie Doern, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Lil and Vern Pott, and many nieces, nephews and friends who were all very dear to her.
Mom was predeceased by Dad (Herb) Schultz, son-in-law Richard Jackson, her sisters Caroline, Edith, Emma, Violet,Theresa, Sophie and Dorothy and her brothers Fred, William and Eddie.
Lillian was born, raised and lived her entire life in the Friedensthal and Emerson area.
A memorial service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church, Friedensthal, MB on Monday, January 20th, 2014 at 2:00 PM.
The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the staff of the Emerson Personal Care Home for their compassionate care of Mom over the past 2 years.
