Peacefully with her family at her side, Angela Dale Chubaty, age 46 years of Roseau River, passed away at Bethesda Hospital on the morning of Sunday, December 15, 2013.
She leaves to mourn her father Johnny, brother Mark and wife Sandy and their family, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother Lilian in 1997.
Angela was born September 3rd, 1967 in the Misericordia General Hospital in Winnipeg. She was not expected to live beyond two hours due to Spinal Bifida. She went through numerous surgeries during her lifetime. After her mother’s death, her devoted father continued to provide her with loving care until the time of her death.
The past 27 years she worked at St. Malo Smile workshop.
She received a literary award for writing her biography.
The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg and Bethesda Hospital for the care given to Angela.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, Manitoba with interment at the Roseau River Community Cemetery, Roseau River, Manitoba. Viewing at the chapel prior to the service.
