ERICH FRIEDLE
He was predeceased by his wife Anneliese, and is survived by his children, Eberhard (Elizabeth), Andrea (Ron) and Christina (Larry); grandchildren, Anjeanine, Jessica, Elise, Ingrid, Nicholas and Kurtis; great-grandchildren, Randon, Maya and Nolan; and family in Germany and Switzerland.
After immigrating to Canada, Erich and Anneliese started a new life for their family in Winnipeg, which he was proud to call home. He was a draftsman by profession, and had a lifelong fascination with trains and tinkering with electronic devices. Erich was always happiest in the company of his family, regardless of the occasion, and would never refuse a visit to Tim Hortons.
Heartfelt thanks to the staff and residents at Sterling House for their years of kindness and support.
The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life.

Andrea and family: very sorry for your loss. I'm glad that I was able to see him in Seven Oaks hospital. He seemed to take each day in stride; just wanting comfort. He is now at peace. Take Care - stay well my friend xox - Posted by: ileana (friend) on: Oct 10, 2020
