DAN WITSANKO
July 30, 1951 - September 29, 2020
He is survived by his sister Mary Robinson (Dave), nephew Mike, niece Chris, and great-nephew Jordan.
Dan grew up in the North End. He was especially proud of his Ukrainian Heritage. He worked for the C.P.R. for 34 years. After retiring he moved to Matlock, MB. His time was spent with his beloved Koda. The two enjoyed walks in the area along Lake Winnipeg.
Thanks to Alec, Shirley, and Shanna for always helping. Also thanks to Cindy who went above and beyond as a good friend and neighbour. Angels like you are hard to find. Dan was always grateful for the unconditional support from all of you. Thanks to Dr. T. Bouchal and all the other healthcare teams who followed his care.
Donations in Dan's memory can be sent to HIARC, Group 110, Box 6, RR1, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0.
