Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • I was shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of my friend and colleague Bill. Our careers at Square D/Schneider Electric overlapped by more than 20 years and it was when Bill first moved from Winnipeg to Toronto that we became friends. Our best times would be when we would go down to watch his beloved Blue Bombers vs the usually awful Argos at Rogers Centre. One indelible memory I have is when Bill and I had an early breakfast meeting scheduled and and as fate would have it, the little restaurant we were in had a small TV on and the morning sportscast was interrupted by breaking news. Yup, it was the Sept 11 attacks on Twin Towers. Rest in Peace old pal. - Posted by: Ren Bissola (friend and colleague from Square D/Schneider Electric) on: Nov 07, 2020

  • Bill was a friend and work colleague/client with whom I interacted almost daily if not weekly dealing with a number of work/business/procurement requirements. Bill was knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. I first connected with Bill soon after his move from Toronto to Winnipeg. Bill was an executive sales rep with NICI and we exchange information and support. Over time we became good friends and shared many laughs over meals. Bill's passing makes me sad as I know he looked forward to his winter vacations in the South. I offer my sincere condolences to his family and send prayers. RIP. God Bless - Posted by: Jacques J.
