DOLLARD (BERT) PICARD
October, 1926 - September, 2020
He is survived by his sons, Marc (Kathleen) and Raymond (Kim); and four grandchildren; his brother Normand; and sisters, Lorraine, Elmire and Muriel.
He was predeceased by his parents, Albert Picard and Emilia (née Beaudry), his wife René (née Regnier), three sisters, Estelle, Angela, Doris; and four brothers, Albert, Gilbert, Paul and Peter.
Bert and René were married on October 17, 1953, and moved to California in September 1955, where he resided until his passing.
A celebration of Bert's life will be held at a later date.
