QUINTUS FERNANDO

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our brother, Quintus Fernando on October 15, 2020, at the age of 59. Quintus will be forever remembered by his loving family and his dear friends all over the world.
He came to Canada in late the 1980s. When he was working in Winnipeg he met former Winnipeg Judge, Mr. Joseph O'Sullivan and his sister Ms. Rita O'Sullivan; they become good friends and family. Under Mr. O'Sullivan's mentorship he started attending the University of Winnipeg where he graduated with a degree in International Development. He travelled to over 91 countries as an International Development Officer and helped many people in need.
Quintus' life would seem too short to many; but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His generosity and kind heart brought so much joy to family and friends.
Quintus' funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2020. Service and prayers will be streaming live starting at 12:00 p.m.
