It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Marina Soldier on October 21, 2020, at her home peacefully surrounded by family.
Marina also known as Duckoo to her friends and family was born on January 4, 1950, in Pine Falls, MB, to Alec and Annie Morrisseau. She was a very hard worker who dedicated her life to caring for others as a health care aide and also caring for her numerous family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with family, watching game shows and watching tennis.
She will be forever missed and loved by her husband Ron, her children, Charlotte, Jennifer and Bradley; her grandchildren, Matthew, Brent, Brooke, Mason, Havanah, Dominik and Sarah; her great-grandchildren, Tyson, Charlotte Renee, Evelyn and Zachary; her siblings, Adolph, Marjorie, Brian, Sharon, Glen (Sandra), Merlin, Erwin, Bentley (Donna) and Jack; her aunt Diane Morrisseau; her godson Steve Starr and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Annie and Alec; siblings, Frank, Tommy, Carol and Jane; nephews, Richard and Dan and niece Tanya.

Wake services are being held at her residence 89 Morrisseau Lane, Sagkeeng First Nation, MB from October 23 to 24, 2020. Funeral service will be held at the St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, Sagkeeng First Nation, MB on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at a later date.
