MATILDA VIOLET HEIN
June 5, 1944 - October 9, 2020
Violet was predeceased by her parents, Matilda and Jacob Hein; brothers, Lawrence Hein and Edward Hein; sister Eileen Stoian. Violet leaves to mourn her brother Arnold Hein (Sundry, AB); her sisters, Gladys Hein and Linda Kravec (Amos). Violet was a wonderful Auntie to her many nieces and nephews.
Violet grew up in Springfield, MB and began to work at a young age. She worked at Life Touch (Winnipeg Photo) for many years and later at Best Western. She enjoyed watching TV game shows, chinese food, country music and bingo.
Our thanks to the staff at Donwood Personal Care Home for their compassionate care of Violet during her time there.
A private family burial will take place at St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Lydiatt, MB.
In lieu of flowers, family and friends, if so desired, may donate to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba at P.O. Box 2598, Station Main, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4B3.
