My parents knew Robbie and Gladys years before we met up again when my parents -Lee and Harvey Wegner-bought a home side by side on Rouge Road. We all stayed pretty close over the years as both sets of the kids all went to school in Westwood. I remember renting cabins up at Grand Beach and hanging out with Valerie. My younger sister Shelley hung out with Glen and their group of friends as they were the same age and I remember Glen always riding his motorcycle. You could hear Robbie's booming voice and laugh a mile away. Robbie was also our "Mr. Fixit." Those were the good old days. My parents had many a party with Robbie and Cathy as well. It was so nice of Valerie to bring her Dad to my Mother's Celebration of Life in 2019. Bruce and I are thinking of you all at this time. We truly loved your Dad! - Posted by: Debbie Burns (Parents / Old neighbor) on: Oct 29, 2020
