MARTY DONENFELD
December 10, 1946 - October 25, 2020
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Margaret Donenfeld and his daughters, as well as many other family members.
As per Marty's wishes no formal services will be held.
Everywhere Marty went he was known as "Mr. Fabulous".
Marty's family would like to offer their sincerest thanks to their very close friends who have been there to support them during this time. They would also like to thank the home care nurses, palliative home care nurses and the "Angels" at Riverview Palliative Care Unit for all their care and support throughout this time.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Riverview Health Care Centre.

It was a privilege to meet someone with such a big heart like Marty; he was humble, grateful, and brave. Marty had a very good sense of humour and would always welcome me with a smile. During my visists as his home care nurse I would often wonder whether he was the one receiving care or if in reality, it was me who had been cared for. I could tell he and Margaret were so devoted to one another and I admired their grace and gentleness. Rest in peace dear Marty, my thoughts and prayers go out to Margaret and family.
