TREVOR MICHAEL ACHESON
1975 - 1995

Trevor, twenty-five years ago today - you left us. Everyday, we are mindful of your bright, engaging smile and the joy of life in your eyes. During the past 25 years we have been blessed to have Father Earl Smith in our presence. He has always been available to us as he constantly keeps you, Richard and our families in his vigil and prayers. We are also grateful to Father Michael Koryluk (1944-2020), for his guidance and compassion. There are no words to express how much we love you and miss you everyday, forever and ever. We are grateful to our family and friends, who have always been there for us - their support has strengthened our hearts.

"Wherever a beautiful soul has been,
a lasting impression remains".
Trevor, you are always in
our hearts and prayers.
Love, Mom, Dad, Heather, Mark,
Lynn, Gwen, Jill, Bree.

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I want to thank you for the beautiful words you used to capture the memory of Trevor. I was a classmate of Trevor's from St. Paul's and played Crusader football and rugby with this remarkable person. When you speak of a lasting impression as you did with Trevor's memorial, it resonated with me in a powerful way. My time with Trevor, although it seems like a lifetime ago (and as I rap the gates of mid-life; it truly does feel like a lifetime!) remains in a place in my heart that's palpable and very real; it affects me to this day. Trevor helped bend the trajectory of my life, and the experiences that we shared as young men live with me today in the granular, infinite decisions and acts which in the moment seem meaningless, but which really shape the story of our lives (and the lives of those we encounter) in a profound way. Thank you for bringing Trevor into this world, and making it better in so doing. As I write this, I am grateful to you for time I was lucky enough to share with Trevor. Thank you for choosing to post this loving tribute to Trevor and for giving me the gift of his memory. Although we will likely never meet in person; I appreciate your family, and, am grateful for the memory I have of Trevor and his life. You have no idea how deeply your words impacted me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. - Posted by: Tim Simonson (St. Paul's Classmate) on: Nov 11, 2020
