MARX (MARCUS) JOHN BALLANTYNE
One year has passed, dear father
Since you were called away,
How well do I remember
That sad and weary day.
You suffered much, you murmured not
We watched you day by day,
We cried and prayed that your dear life
Would not be taken away.
Love your son, Mitchel, Alana,
Erika and Autumn
A cluster of precious memories
Sprayed with a million tears,
Wishing God had spared you
If only for a few more years.
You left a special memory
And a sorrow too great to hold,
To us who loved and lost you
Your memory will never grow old.
Thanks for the years we had
Thanks for the memories we shared,
We only prayed that when you left us
That you knew how much we cared.
Love Mom Gertie and Dad Bill
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy
My life's been full, I savored much,
Good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.
Love brother Roger, Audrey and families
