Gloria and family. I apologize for this late note. I only just became aware of Frank's passing by talking to Jeff Bell around Xmas time. I so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I can't fully describe how much he meant to me. He was a true fiend and mentor to me since I arrived at U. of M. in 1989. He made a enormous impact on my academic and consulting careers, and in addition he was a close friend and confidant. He unselfishly gave his time to both myself and my students and provided invaluable advice to me on many groundwater issues relevant to the the Province. A true Professional Engineer and Geo-scientist. I will absolutely never ever forget him. Al Woodbury - Posted by: Al Woodbury (Friend and Colleague) on: Jan 12, 2021

Gloria, we were so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. This is such a difficult time to loose someone. We will always remember Frank for his crusty, witty sense of humour. Those parties with the Floodway crew were always a pile of fun and we fondly remember Frank’s big smile as he recounted his battles with Bill Del Bigio at the Central Provincial Garage and his escapades with that great Groundwater section. Hugs to the family. Glenna and Dave - Posted by: Glenna and Dave Sexton (Friend and co-worker) on: Nov 18, 2020
