Margaret was a woman of great compassion, curiosity, humour, and a deeply-lived faith. She was generous of time and money to anyone in need, and she was fascinated by other cultures and other lands, always asking questions of people she had just met. Her children and grandchildren knew there was a “rascal” in her that loved playing tricks. Margaret loved the natural world and spent as much time as she could in it.
The private family funeral service was held on Sunday, Nov. 1 at Steinbach Evangelical Mennonite Church, Steinbach, MB. Interment took place at Memorial Cemetery.
