I have only your memory dear husband,
To remember my whole life through
But the sweetness will linger forever
As I treasure the image of you.
Your struggles are finally over.
When each day without you
We try to understand that an angel came and called your name, then took you by the hand.
The angel said your place was ready in heaven far above and that you would have to leave behind all those you dearly loved.
But when you walked through heavens gate
You must of felt so much at home,
When God looked down and smiled at you and told you "welcome home."
So when tomorrow starts a new day without you,
We believe you're not far apart
For every time we think of you
You are there in our hearts.
Rest in Peace
Bernie, Harold,
Dawn and Donna, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
