April 21, 1927 - November 13, 2020

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the peaceful passing, after a brief illness, of Charles (Charlie) Pescitelli on November 13, 2020.
He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his children: Leonard (Lise) Pescitelli, Betty Bzovey, Rose Kellner; his grandchildren, Dean (Kim) Pescitelli, Danalee (Karl) Krzuk, Peter (Laurie) Bzovey, Krista Bzovey, Christopher (Jamie) Kellner; and his great-grandchildren, Zoe and Grayson Krzuk, Braeden Bzovey, Mercedes Kellner.
He was predeceased by his wife Annie (nee Predinchuk); sons-in-law, Peter Bzovey and Richard Kellner.
Charlie was born and raised in Beausejour. He moved to Winnipeg where he met his future wife, Annie. They married in 1950 and bought a house in North Kildonan, where they raised three children. He worked at Parkhill Bedding, Quality Bedding and the City of Winnipeg Quarries Department until he retired at 65. He stayed in his house until 2019, when he sold and moved to an apartment to really retire from all yard work and house maintenance. He liked fishing, doing Word Search and Crossword puzzles and reading. He loved keeping busy and enjoyed helping his children and grandchildren work on their houses and property.
The family thanks the staff at Concordia Hospital for their kind and attentive care of Dad.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
Pallbearers: Leonard Pescitelli, Peter Bzovey, Dean Pescitelli, Christopher Kellner, Danalee Krzuk, Braeden Bzovey.
A private interment at Green Acres has taken place due to Covid-19 restrictions.
