MERCEDES GARCIA FABREGAS LAVILLA
Mercedes was predeceased by her husband Antonio Lavilla in 1978 and daughter Carolina in 2008. She is survived by eldest son Tony Lavilla, his wife Kim and their two sons, Antoni and Miguel, his eldest daughter and first grandchild April Lavilla-Lount; son Sergio Lavilla, son-in-law Benjamin Quintanar and daughter Eva Lavilla; Carolina's children, daughter Sanai, son Maye and great-grandson Adam. She was also predeceased by her long-time common-law spouse of over 30 years, Nicola Posapiano in 2019.
Mercedes loved too many family and friends to mention in the places she lived, Canada, Spain, Italy.
On November 23 at 1:00 p.m. a private service will be held - abiding by Covid regulations at Voyage Funeral Home, Hespeler Avenue and her final burial at 2:00 p.m., Elmwood Cemetery.
Mercedes, our mother, our nona's artistic talent, beauty, grace and smile, with her incredible generous heart; will always be forever missed and leaves us eternally grateful for her.
