RAYMOND DUGUAY

It's with profound sadness that the Duguay family announces the passing of Raymond Duguay. He passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 87, in Gatineau, Quebec.
He pursued a career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Bank of Canada. He was also a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion and Knights of Columbus.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife and mother of his children, Laura Duguay (Bockstael), his brothers, Martial, George, Simon, and sister Huguette. He leaves in mourning his wife of 17 years, Jeannine Dargis. He will be greatly missed by his children, Don (Katty Ouellet), Janine (Andrée Villeneuve) and Diane (Denis Maurice); his grandchildren; his great-grandchildren; his brothers, Léo and Gérald, as well as many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Due to the pandemic a ceremony will be held in family privacy.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and recognition to the first line personnel of the Hull Hospital (Covid unit) for providing end of life care during our absence.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Gatineau Hospital Foundation.
