Karen and I wish to express our deep sorrow at the passing of James Patrick. He was a strong believer in our Lord and Savior and we know that he is in peace with our dear Lord and Savior. He was a faithful believer and we will miss his warm smile and friendship. To Ruby, we know that you have been truly blessed to have such a caring and loving husband. Jim had a very special guest come to him on November 17, He was our Lord who called him home. He is for ever in God's tender care. We are but a stranger here, heaven is our home. - Posted by: Karen and Richard Appler (friends) on: Dec 22, 2020

Mr. Patrick was my teacher and mentor at Tec Voc school where he was the department head of the Automotive Shop. Later he became a client of mine when I went into business for myself. His deep knowledge but more importantly, his wry wit will be deeply missed. - Posted by: Greg Hrycak (Former student) on: Dec 11, 2020

Jim was the first neighbour we met when we moved in across the back lane from Jim & Ruby July 1, 2000. I asked him what the neighborhood was like and in his gentlemanly fashion made it clear that partiers were frowned upon. Jim had a great sense of humour and was always willing to lend a hand when I had the hood up on my vehicle. Jim was a warm, caring and honest man. Jim will be missed by his back lane neighbours. Ours thoughts and prayers go out to Ruby and family. - Posted by: Robert & Marabeth Leblanc (Neighbor) on: Nov 28, 2020

I have many fond memories of going to the lake, swimming, water skiing and playing cards. He was a valued member of the Wolfe tennis championship match which he won with Ruby.He always had a great sense of humour and was a very kind man who was compassionate and caring. He helped me pick out my first car a Ford Maverick. In fact, he would do anything for anybody. He was a genuine human being and a gentleman. We will truly miss him and send our deepest condolences to Ruby and the family. Lorne, Barb and family. - Posted by: Lorne Wolfe (Cousin) on: Nov 26, 2020
