PATRICIA MAE KERN
She was predeceased by her husband Albert and her brother Daniel.
Pat is survived by her sister Frances (Neil); daughters, Charlene (Rick) and Sherri (Mike); Albert's son Donald (Dolores); children, Darren (Kim) and Shannon (Dustin); as well as her good friends, Joyce and Tammy.
Our thanks to the staff of Heritage Lodge and the Grace Hospital for their excellent care.
Following Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
